Hello and welcome to my horror blog, Land of Zombies. I’ve been writing in some form since 1999, when I first started writing short stories about my favorite shows and books.
In 2003 I started writing poetry. In 2015, I tried to write my own original story, and it
failed completely. But I haven't given up. It was a good learning experience, and one
I’m glad I went through.
In 2016, I took a break from trying to write original fiction and instead, focused on my poetry and short stories based on my favorite shows, to give myself time to figure out
what I wanted to write, and because real life got in the way. Now, it’s April 2018 as I
type this and I’m excited to be starting my first ever zombie stories and poetry blog.
Given my terrible experience with my first try at writing a full length original story, I decided to take it one story at a time and hope for the best. Yesterday was April 17th,
2018 and it’s the first day and time I've ever completed an original story of my own.
It’s a short story, but I’m pretty proud of myself. Anyway, if you've made it this far, welcome to my blog, and thanks for reading.
